The New PremiumCards.net



Premiumcards.net relaunched a 3rd website revision on July 25th 2008. The new launch came as an improvement to a great customer service oriented company. The 1st 2 designs were bold and uncommon, but lacked a user friendly approach. "Too much information about nothing I need to know" said one PremiumCards client. I love the quality of the print and the turnaround times, even the shipping is reasonable, she says. It was our duty to make the site better.

Most printing companies online have a strong marketing campaign and tons of money to throw away at it. That isn't what we are all about. Number 1, we don't have tons of marketing money. Believe it or not, we stick to the old school way of doing things right now and that's simply providing a great service to each and every client that comes our way. There is a sample kit we send out to people who request it. The sample kit is very simple, no huge sample books or fancy mailing envelopes or folders, just samples of what we sell, that's it.

Doesn't reliability stand for anything these days? Our researchers go from one site to another reading about what people have to say about us and other online printing companies. It seems that a lot of people are complaining about reliability and quality. These larger print corporations have some bad reputations for being late, unreliable and sub-quality producers. Maybe they figure that the quantity of unhappy people is much less than the happy ones. My question is, are you willing to take that chance when you have an important meeting or function to attend? Will you have enough time for a reprint when you business cards come out bad. Remember that in order for a reprint, you will need to send those cards back for the printing company to see the problem, they just don't reprint. Oh, didn't it take like 2 - 3 weeks for you to get your cards from that BIG company too?

One thing is for sure with us, we put our heart and soul into the work we do and EVERY CLIENT is our ONLY CLIENT. When we work with you, you get 100% of our attention. 95% and counting. We are almost finished with the site

As you may have noticed, or not if you are new, we redesigned the whole site again. In hopes that you the customer will have a better buying experience. Customer service will remain top notch and responsive. Prices will continue to stay low and quality is to stay high. Business Cards, Postcards, Rolodex Cards, Stickers/Labels, Magnets. We're not just business cards and postcards anymore, but that is what we're good at.

We are also adding new products in the near future. A few new business card sizes and finishes. These are going to make you want to have business cards in every shape and finish.

PremiumCards.net is going through some major updates!

This is going to be a short post. Things have been going pretty good for us. New people signing up everyday. Added sharp new products to enhance our catalog and again, a new re-design of our site. It's going to be easier to navigate. It's going to be cleaner and well balanced. Novice or Advanced in online purchasing? We have created a smooth purchase experience similar to the one we have now.
