We finally added some new products. Uncoated Linen Card Stock is the perfect addition. Many of our loyal clients asked if there was and alternative the our already popular , smooth matte finish. So we added the new uncoated stock. It is very matte and has that old school feel to it but with the present full color technology. This option to print full color business cards is a big PLUS when big corps. like BP, Google and a world of corporate giants need that professionalism in their print. Big companies require a suit and tie approach that regular glossy business cards can't provide. Not to say that our glossy cards are not top notch, their just not corporate enterprise standard.

PRINTING SAMPLES ARE ALMOST READY

Our sales have gone through the roof and we sent out almost all of our samples that we had. In the past month alone we received over 600 requests for print samples and probably have about 10 left and only a quarter of the samples we initially printed. Some new products will be introduced in the sample pack and many more on the website. They're gonna to blow you away. We will have one of the most extensive lines of business cards on the net and all at the same low prices and quality as usual.

A bit overwhelming is an understatement, we are literally working till the early morning hours processing orders and it is getting busier by the minute. No, we are not falling behind. We just had to prioritize our work schedules in a "by importance order". Not to say the samples are not important, they are. It's just that processing your orders is more important.

So, if you here James snoring on the phone, you'll know why. Since he is only one of 2 customer service reps and the only one answering the phones. Good thing is, we may be hiring a new rep to help him out. Know anyone?

Anyway, the new samples will be out soon and they are looking fabulous! Some of you have been waiting for a while now and we appreciate your patience. Hopefully you haven't wandered off somewhere else yet, but if you did, we understand. Just hurry back when you get the envelope in the mail. The New PremiumCards.net

Premiumcards.net relaunched a 3rd website revision on July 25th 2008. The new launch came as an improvement to a great customer service oriented company. The 1st 2 designs were bold and uncommon, but lacked a user friendly approach. "Too much information about nothing I need to know" said one PremiumCards client. I love the quality of the print and the turnaround times, even the shipping is reasonable, she says. It was our duty to make the site better.

Most printing companies online have a strong marketing campaign and tons of money to throw away at it. That isn't what we are all about. Number 1, we don't have tons of marketing money. Believe it or not, we stick to the old school way of doing things right now and that's simply providing a great service to each and every client that comes our way. There is a sample kit we send out to people who request it. The sample kit is very simple, no huge sample books or fancy mailing envelopes or folders, just samples of what we sell, that's it.

Doesn't reliability stand for anything these days? Our researchers go from one site to another reading about what people have to say about us and other online printing companies. It seems that a lot of people are complaining about reliability and quality. These larger print corporations have some bad reputations for being late, unreliable and sub-quality producers. Maybe they figure that the quantity of unhappy people is much less than the happy ones. My question is, are you willing to take that chance when you have an important meeting or function to attend? Will you have enough time for a reprint when you business cards come out bad. Remember that in order for a reprint, you will need to send those cards back for the printing company to see the problem, they just don't reprint. Oh, didn't it take like 2 - 3 weeks for you to get your cards from that BIG company too?

One thing is for sure with us, we put our heart and soul into the work we do and EVERY CLIENT is our ONLY CLIENT. When we work with you, you get 100% of our attention. As you may have noticed, or not if you are new, we redesigned the whole site again. In hopes that you the customer will have a better buying experience. Customer service will remain top notch and responsive. Prices will continue to stay low and quality is to stay high. Business Cards, Postcards, Rolodex Cards, Stickers/Labels, Magnets. We're not just business cards and postcards anymore, but that is what we're good at.

This is going to be a short post. Things have been going pretty good for us. New people signing up everyday. Added sharp new products to enhance our catalog and again, a new re-design of our site.
